The MMB Analytics team are key to driving forward the analytics proposition internally within the organisation and to Clients, operating as experts within the business in order to help the organisation provide a competitive advantage through analytics.

We are looking for someone to support one of our existing analytics solutions. You will be involved in ensuring the product is operational and acting as part of our Front Line support group.
We will count on you to:
- Working with our enablement specialist to triage product bugs and identify the root cause of issues
- Monitoring the daily jobs and data loads to the product to ensure they have worked
- Checking the data output on the Front End of our products
- Raising issues and bugs found in the product
- Diving deeper into the data to find where issues exist within the pipeline or at source
- Supporting on resolution of bugs alongside the development team
- Completing release tasks assigned to you by the release manager
- Updating configuration within the BE
- Documenting technical release notes
What you need to have:
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with data modeling concepts and techniques
- Proven ability to write efficient queries and analyze data within relational databases (e.g., SQL)
- Demonstrated experience in performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting data pipeline issues
- Practical experience with relational database management systems and foundational knowledge of ETL processes, including their role in analytics and dashboarding environments
- Familiarity with basic data analytics methods, practices, and logical reasoning to support data quality and integrity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly document findings and communicate technical information
- Comfortable collaborating and communicating effectively with non-technical business stakeholders to understand requirements and explain technical issues
