Provide IS support and development across BI, ETL, databases, and data warehouses: design/implement integration, reporting, data mining/predictive modules, backup and DR, administer databases, test, audit, train users, manage projects, vendors and SLAs, and consult on business-process improvements to ensure operational continuity and data-driven decision support.
