About the role:
We're looking for a Customer Support Consultant to join our dynamic, multicultural team — someone who shares our passion for solving problems and building strong relationships with our reselling partners and end-users worldwide.
Areas of responsibility:
Provide excellent, efficient technical support on 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software — via online sessions, phone, email, and occasional on-site events
Manage support cases: gather all relevant information from customers according to company procedures, and record it in the company's CRM
Collaborate with other departments and escalate customer feedback as needed
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A customer-oriented approach
Strong communication skills — the ability to ask the right questions and truly listen
Strong verbal and written Italian (B2 level and higher)
Upper-Intermediate English or higher (used for internal communication)
Problem-solving and logical thinking skills
A results-driven, stress-resistant mindset
A genuine drive for self-development and continuous learning
Analytical, multitasking, and empathetic skills
