POSITION SUMMARY:
This Analyst will work in a small team environment while processing and implementing new voicemail scripts for the Callmax website, using Goldwave audio editing software. Both new and existing account updates will be managed simultaneously, while communicating with teams internally and with our clients.
Over time, this role will expand to be the primary back-up for our script writing position: gathering leasing information from property managers and creating written voicemail scripts tailored to their community (creative writing skills not required!). A successful candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, and enjoy repetitive tasks.
RESPONSBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
Manage and track implementations/opportunities/cases through the Salesforce CRM.
Format and update personalized answering service and onHold music script files.
Able to juggle multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with strong typing skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, always striving for 100% accuracy.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Word and Outlook.
Flexible and focused self-starter with the ability to follow directives and work independently.
Other duties as assigned, including cross training to backup for other members of the team.
This position will work US Eastern Hours 9am-6pm and follow the US holiday schedule (keeping Day Light savings schedule in mind).
