Position summary:
As a Support Analyst Intern, you will join the Process Excellence team to support Stryker’s efforts in automation, analytics, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will contribute to key initiatives aimed at enhancing the infrastructure of finance services. You will assist in maintaining and improving our service platforms, learning how to apply agile development practices while keeping customer needs in focus. This internship offers hands-on experience with tools, software, and platform integrations, including diagnosing and troubleshooting basic technical issues. You will work closely with experienced team members to help ensure service quality, user satisfaction, and continuous improvement across business systems and applications.
What You Will DoSupport users by helping respond to basic issues through ticketing systems, email, chat, or phone, following service guidelines.
Assist with user account setup, system access, and basic configurations.
Help diagnose and document common software, system, and access-related problems.
Work with senior team members to escalate more complex issues when needed.
Collaborate with support engineers and business application teams to understand support processes.
Participate in testing and deployment activities for software updates and improvements.
Help monitor system alerts and report any potential issues to the team.
Contribute to identifying recurring problems and support improvement initiatives.
Assist with onboarding by helping new users with access setup and basic training on tools.
What you need:
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
Basic understanding of common business applications (such as ERP, CRM, or HR systems) and general IT concepts.
Poland Pay Ranges:
- Poland: 31,40 PLN hourly gross
