This position is responsible for the supply office in the designated plant. This position offers:
- Starting pay of $21-85/hr. up to top pay of $30.84/hr.*
- Quarterly gainsharing bonus potential
*Additional shift differential for off shifts

What You'll Drive at DTNA
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Navision, inventory systems, and effective verbal and written communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Work effectively with computer hardware and peripheral devices, including tablets, printers, scanners, and related technology.
- Actively contributes to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, attendance, productivity, housekeeping, employee suggestions, and operational throughput.
- Utilize various tools and equipment, including computers, parts scanners, laminators.
- Accurately identify inventory through knowledge of part numbers and inventory identification systems.
- Manage inventory transactions in Navision, including inventory movements, tooling and fixture ordering, and documentation management.
- Accurately identify components and materials through established part numbering and identification processes.
- Complete and maintain all required training and certification requirements.
- Read, understand, and follow Workstation Instructions (SWIs) and other operational documentation.
- Verify purchase orders, quotations, and related procurement documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate new chemical requests, ensuring all approvals are obtained and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available and properly maintained.
- Process new vendor requests and supporting documentation as required.
- Collaborate with the Accounting Department to resolve purchase order discrepancies, pricing issues, and change requests using FileBound and other business systems.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of business operations.
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Experience in Navision and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must be capable of repetitive hand manipulation, grasping and supporting power tools
- Ability to work in a repetitive motion environment
- Read, understand and complete documentation
- Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently
- Ability to work overtime when necessary
- Established satisfactory attendance record and performance rating
- Must maintain a clean work area.
- Meet quality standards and implement continuous improvement measures
- Cross train on other jobs as required
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
- Previous experience in a manufacturing (automotive/trucking) environment
- Previous mechanical experience
- High School Diploma / GED preferred and further college education a plus
