About this opportunity
We are seeking a highly capable Supply Specialist to ensure end-to-end order fulfillment and seamless supply chain execution. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving on-time delivery performance, optimizing inventory and logistics operations, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
As part of the Supply & Sourcing team within the CFO organization, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and external suppliers to enhance supply chain efficiency, resilience, and operational excellence. This position reports directly to the Supply & Sourcing Team Leader.
What you will do
Order Management & Delivery Excellence
- Ensure consistent on-time delivery (OTD) performance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics as well as warehouse operations to achieve cost-efficient and timely deliveries.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery, and reliability.
- Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment activities across the supplier-to-customer network.
PSI Planning (Purchase, Sales & Inventory)
- Lead PSI planning processes and coordinate production planning to meet customer demand requirements.
- Manage international logistics and transportation from overseas manufacturing sites to domestic warehouses.
- Optimize inventory levels to balance service levels and working capital efficiency.
- Identify demand and supply gaps and implement proactive corrective actions to mitigate risks.
Supply Chain Optimization & Risk Management
- Analyze and resolve supply chain disruptions, delays, and operational challenges.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, resilience, and scalability.
- Define, monitor, and report key supply chain KPIs, including inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and service performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to align supply capabilities with business requirements.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across internal and external supply chain partners to ensure operational excellence.
The skills you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably within the technology, software, hardware, telecommunications, or cloud services industries.
- Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, logistics operations, and supplier management.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and proficiency in supply chain data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service), Cloud, or ICT industry supply chain operations is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and execution excellence.
