This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Supply Planning Manager 

The Supply Planning Manager is responsible for driving the end-to-end supply planning processes, developing and managing supply plans, collaborating with internal and external partners, managing supplier performance, handling inventory monitoring, preparing reports and analyses, and helping to streamline the planning process.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning Process.  Responsible for driving the end-to-end supply planning processes to ensure optimal inventory levels, cost efficiency, and alignment with customer demand. 

  • Develop and Manage Supply Plans. Develop and execute supply plans based on demand forecasts and inventory targets. Optimize stock levels to prevent both shortages and overstock situations. Manage and adjust supply plans based on forecast accuracy, lead times, and production constraints.

  • Collaboration with Internal and External Partners. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and demand planning, to create accurate supply forecasts, manage supplier relationships, and balance supply-demand to meet business objectives. Partner with a demand planner to synchronize supply with market demand. Maintain strong relationships and work closely with OEMs and Distributors to ensure timely product availability.Collaborate with customer service team to promptly address customer requests and sales enquiries 

  • Managing Supplier Performance. Monitor supplier performance, address issues promptly, and seek continuous improvement. Negotiate terms with suppliers to optimize lead times, costs, and quality.

  • Inventory Monitoring. Set and monitor key inventory KPIs, including days on hand, safety stock, and on-time to delivery rates. Track and manage slow-moving and obsolete stock, making recommendations for liquidation or reduction. Implement inventory optimization techniques to improve working capital.

  • Analytics and Reports. Conduct regular analysis on supply metrics, forecast accuracy, and demand changes. Generate reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations. Identify areas for improvement within supply planning processes and drive data-informed decisions.

  • Streamline Planning Process. Implement best practices in supply chain management and leverage technology to streamline planning processes. Lead initiatives to improve supply planning accuracy and efficiency.

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply planning, supply chain management, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of supply planning, inventory management, and demand planning.

  • Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Process Improvement and Supply Chain. Experience in process improvement initiatives, including driving supply chain systems to maturity

  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data and develop strategies that optimize supply and minimize costs.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in supply plans and adjusting to dynamic business needs.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Team player. Strong interpersonal skills to work with various teams and influence stakeholders.

  • Adaptability: Agile in responding to changes in demand, supply constraints, or process improvements.

  • Tools expertise. Experience in supply chain software/systems, with solid Excel skills.

  • Passionate and high energy. Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Shift. Willing to work on night shift

  • Work set-up. Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
