Supply Planning Coordinator

The Team

Within the Omni Planning & Allocation team, our mission is to drive commercial trade, financial planning, demand forecasting, and allocation & replenishment of inventory across all channels and categories, whilst setting strategic guardrails on product promotions and markdown decisions to maximise margin and profitability. This position's team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely with eCommerce and Buying (FP & Outlet) across Hubs to ensure that all inventory and product decisions are aligned with company-wide planning and allocation decisions. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's operational efficiency, strategic growth, and overall success.

The Position

As Supply Planning Coordinator, you will be crucial to the Omni Planning & Allocation team’s supply and inventory management for EMEA. You will assist the supply planning team to enable profitable growth, optimize on time supply availability and optimize inventory productivity across the region. This role is vital for achieving the Omni Planning and Allocation objectives and your work will be key to the commercial success of the CK brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • EMEA PO placement: assist EMEA PO placement / confirmation​ and reconciling of orders, and tracking of POS.
  • PO Change Management: Assist PO change management in collaboration with Merchandising, global and vendor feedback​ (e.g. A/C date changes, etc.)​​​​
  • Supply Flow: assist supply planning team with follow up with vendors / global supply planning to make sure agreed AC dates will be met. Assist the supply planning team to escalate problems / risk, while pro-actively proposing solutions or risk mitigation (from PO placement, changes, inbound tracking, approvals for delays/short/over ship, air shipment analysis, etc.)​
  • Inventory management: assist inventory visibility and supply / buy decisions to optimize CK EMEA inventory levels (in collaboration with operations and EMEA Merchandise Planning).
  • Air Freight: assist the channeling of air requests for decision making, providing supporting rationale, in collaboration with Merchandising
  • Stakeholder management: contribute to driving alignment across teams by building strong relationships, earning trust, and pro-actively engaging stakeholders on supply and inventory planning
  • Problem Solving and Decision Support: contribute to the resolution of cross-functional challenges by gathering input, synthesizing diverse perspectives,  and conducting analyses. 
  • Continuous improvement: pro-actively identify process improvements and contribute to improving the way of working.

Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.


Measures of Success

  • On-time availability: high levels of on-time availability, ensuring product is where it needs to be to meet demand and support commercial performance.
  • Inventory/sales ratio: Maintain an optimized inventory/sales ratio to ensure efficient stock levels, ensuring the ratio is in line with the target for optimal inventory turnover.
  • EMEA liability - on-time inbound: Achieve on-time inbound delivery performance, driven by effective vendor and lead time management.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in supply and inventory planning within a fashion, retail, or consumer goods organization.
  • Deep understanding of supply planning, inventory management and end-to-end supply chain processes, including inventory health and lifecycle performance.
  • Strong commercial and results-driven mindset, with the ability to balance commercial goals with operational execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, including using tools such as Excel, JDA, or SAP to support scenario planning.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, collaborating effectively with supply teams and vendors.
  • Highly adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
  • Fluency in English
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or retail preferred
