About the Role
You will support network hardware demand and supply planning for a large cloud technology organization. This role focuses on evaluating weekly supply supportability, validating complex data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate reporting across the supply chain. You will collaborate with planning, sourcing, execution, and engineering stakeholders to improve reporting tools, strengthen planning processes, and provide clear insights that support business and technical decisions.
What You'll Do
- Generate weekly demand, supply, and supportability reporting for network hardware.
- Analyze week-over-week changes in demand, supply, and supportability.
- Review source data, calculations, assumptions, and system outputs to identify discrepancies or errors.
- Develop repeatable data-validation processes to maintain reporting accuracy.
- Maintain documentation and traceability for changes, assumptions, processes, and reports.
- Support weekly and monthly reporting of key performance indicators.
- Improve existing planning processes, reports, and Power BI dashboards.
- Partner with engineering teams to develop and enhance internal planning tools.
- Build dashboards that communicate supply positions, constraints, gaps, and actionable insights.
- Develop scenario-planning and “what-if” capabilities to support supply planning decisions.
- Collaborate across demand planning, supply planning, component planning, sourcing, and execution functions.
- Communicate findings, outstanding actions, and supportability updates to business and technical stakeholders.
- Track follow-up items and ensure actions are completed accurately and on time.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, technology, manufacturing, sourcing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in supply planning, operations, technology-related supply chain, manufacturing, sourcing, or a related function.
- Strong supply planning experience, including demand and supply analysis.
- 2–4 years of experience using AI-enabled analytics tools to automate data validation, generate insights, and improve reporting.
- 2–4 years of advanced Excel experience.
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience developing or optimizing business intelligence tools, including Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with and influence both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and follow through on outstanding actions.
- Availability to work Pacific Time hours in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting network hardware, cloud infrastructure, or technology supply chains.
- Experience with component planning or indirect supply planning.
- Experience with Kusto or similar large-scale data-query platforms.
- Experience leading continuous-improvement initiatives for supply planning processes and reporting.
- Experience partnering with engineering teams to build internal tools.
- Experience productionizing Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions.
- Experience developing scenario-planning or “what-if” tools.
- Familiarity with generative AI assistants and AI-enabled business intelligence features.
- Previous experience working within a large enterprise technology organization.
- Self-starter with a resourceful, proactive approach and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $90,000 to $100,000 USD annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
Location and Work Arrangement
Remote, United States
This role may be performed remotely from within the United States and is intended for candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone. Candidates must be available to work standard business hours aligned with Eastern Time.
