What you will do -
You will help create and execute supply plans for a defined scope within the Service business. In this role, you will partner with production, procurement, finance, IBP, service operations, and suppliers to ensure materials are available to support repairs and customer needs.
You will plan, schedule, and monitor the flow of materials from internal and external suppliers, communicate supply requirements across the business, and help resolve supply issues that impact operations. This role offers broad exposure across the supply chain and the opportunity to see firsthand how your work supports customers and service teams globally.
Execute purchasing activities and manage Stryker products to achieve supply targets and business objectives.
Monitor PO and shipment status with suppliers and accurately transact information into SAP.
Partner with logistics teams to deliver products efficiently while balancing cost, lead time, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to manage open orders, backorders, forecasts, and supply-related issues.
Maintain strong communication with cross-functional stakeholders to proactively address supply risks and material shortages.
Support manufacturing and service operations through reporting, risk identification, and supply recommendations.
Participate in the development and execution of service supply planning strategies.
Support PLCM and other global supply chain projects to ensure supply plans are developed and executed on time.
Measure, analyze, and report key process metrics while monitoring adherence to assigned KPIs.
Required -
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Preferred -
Experience in demand/supply planning/purchasing
Knowledge on Lean or Six Sigma
Experience with SAP
