Job Description

At Rituals, we are growing fast, and our Supply Chain team plays an important role in making sure growth never comes at the expense of product availability. As Supply Planner, you help translate demand forecasts into the best possible production plan for our suppliers. You work at the heart of the planning process, connecting forecast input, supplier production planning and stock health across your category.
Your work helps us keep the right products available at the right time, while improving inventory levels and supplier performance. It is a role for someone who enjoys combining analysis, coordination and communication in a dynamic environment. You will join a young, social and supportive team that works with ownership, energy and a clear focus on continuous improvement.

You will be part of our Planning team within Supply Chain and report to a Supply Planning Manager. You work closely with colleagues in S&OP, S&OE, Network Planning, Innovation and Sourcing, while building strong relationships with external suppliers.

In this role, you will:

  • Translate demand forecasts into supplier order forecast files and align production plans.
  • Manage product availability, stock health and forecast coverage within your assigned supplier portfolio.
  • Monitor supplier OTIF performance and follow up on risks, shortages and delivery issues with the right mitigating actions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as S&OP, S&OE, Network Planning, Innovation and Sourcing to secure supply continuity.
  • Build strong working relationships with suppliers and maintain clear communication on planning, performance and open orders.
  • Contribute to process improvements and projects, such as forecast improvement and EDI rollout.

Qualifications

In this role, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with data, planning processes and people across the supply chain. You know how to turn analysis into action and you are comfortable taking ownership in a hands-on environment. You bring a proactive mindset, communicate clearly and know when to follow up or escalate. At the same time, you stay grounded and structured when priorities shift. If you are curious, eager to learn and motivated by improving the way things work, you will feel at home in this team.

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Have a completed bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Economics, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
  • Have 1-3 years of relevant experience in supply/demand planning, forecasting, inventory management or replenishment, ideally within retail or production.
  • Bring strong Excel and analytical skills, and know how to work with KPI’s such as OTIF, forecast coverage, inventory turns and days of inventory.
  • Have experience with ERP or planning systems such as Relex, STEP, D365 or similar tools.
  • Communicate clearly, take ownership, work proactively and collaborate well with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
