Your role:
- Manages the supply planning process for a stable and medium business scope with average exposure, ensuring timely updates for meetings and business planning snapshots to support informed decision-making and smooth operations.
- Analyzes process inefficiencies, suggests improvements, implements changes to enhance operational effectiveness, and exhibits the capability to establish constrained allocation plans spanning the entirety of the supply chain.
- Oversees a segment of the supply planning process, from request receipt to order confirmation and leverages insights from market analysis, production data, supplier communications, and business groups to ensure efficient execution.
- Optimizes the supply planning by utilizing scenario mapping, root cause analysis, and forward-thinking strategies to anticipate and address potential constraints, effectively building allocations to ensure smooth operations and mitigate disruptions.
- Develops production plans for individual product categories, integrates with logistics systems, and accurately forecasts and calculates the requisite supply needs to maintain optimal operational efficiency.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 2+ years of experinece with a Bachelors or 1+ years of experience with a Master in areas such as Supply Planning, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
You have a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Washington and Massachusetts is $97,000 to $155,000 annually
The pay range for this position in Pennsylvania is $87,000 to $139,000 annually
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
