At Huntsman, we are looking for a Supply Network Coordinator - Elastomers to join our EAME Supply Chain team based in Krakow. This is an exciting opportunity for a supply chain professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment where priorities can change quickly and collaboration is key.
In this role, you will coordinate and optimize the flow of goods across Huntsman's supply network and downstream entities within the footwear and elastomers portfolio. You will work closely with Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Account Managers, and production sites to ensure an efficient supply chain operation while maintaining excellent customer service levels.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Supply Network Coordinator – Elastomers you will be responsible for:
Coordinating the supply network between Huntsman production sites and downstream entities across the EAME region.
Ensuring efficient product allocation and replenishment while balancing customer service levels and inventory targets.
Aligning supply plans with demand forecasts, sales orders, and production capabilities.
Monitoring supply flows and proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks or disruptions.
Acting as the key point of contact between Supply Planning & Logistics, Customer Service, Account Managers, and downstream production entities.
Facilitating clear and timely communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and business requirements.
Supporting escalation management and driving the resolution of supply-related issues impacting customers.
Supporting network optimization initiatives, including distribution flow improvements and stocking strategy changes.
Assisting with New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and supply chain implementation.
Experience and Competencies:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with multiple stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
Experience in transport planning, logistics, purchasing, supply planning, or distribution operations.
Previous experience within a logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply chain environment.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a changing environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
Ability to work independently and take ownership without close supervision.
Resilience and ability to perform under pressure while managing a high-volume workload.
Team-player attitude with excellent communication skills.
Fluent English communication skills.
German or Italian language skills are considered a strong advantage.

Working Conditions:
Full-time position (Monday to Friday).
Flexible working hours, ideally starting between 07:00 and 10:00.
Hybrid working model: up to 2 days per week working from home following onboarding and manager approval.
Based at Huntsman Global Business Services in Krakow.
6-month project assignment.
