We are looking for a Supply Growth Manager to drive marketplace expansion and scale our driver community across Italy. You will have end-to-end ownership of national growth, executing driver acquisition plans and coordinating new city and segment launches. Reporting directly to the Country Lead as an individual contributor, you will operate with high visibility, rapid decision-making loops, and strategic autonomy.
This role demands a strong hybrid execution profile, balancing advanced analytical proficiency to translate BI data into tactical plans with pragmatic, on-the-ground management of local operations and driver engagement.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Execute the end-to-end driver acquisition plan using BI tools and territory analytics. Monitor competitive dynamics and supply trends to translate complex marketplace data into actionable, tactical execution plans that exceed growth targets.
  • Identify, negotiate, and scale commercial relationships with major fleet owners and cooperatives to secure a stable supply base. Coordinate day-to-day operational relationships within the taxi sector, acting as a professional partner to ensure compliance and minimize systemic friction.
  • Coordinate the operational launch of new cities and the introduction of new mobility segments across the country, strictly aligning local execution with the national expansion roadmap.
  • Drive continuous improvement in core operational KPIs through structured engagement initiatives and data-driven corrective actions to guarantee supply health, platform reliability, and consistent service quality.
  • Oversee the local driver office in Rome, optimizing processes for onboarding and compliance cases and engaging directly with drivers to resolve operational issues.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, sales, or customer success within a marketplace, mobility, or logistics environment. Demonstrated experience supporting supply growth, negotiating commercial partnerships with fleet operators or cooperatives, and managing partner relationships and operational activities.
  • Advanced ability to utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Excel, and Google Sheets to transform complex data into actionable tactical execution.
  • Proven capacity to monitor supply trends, track competitive dynamics, and implement structured, data-driven corrective actions.
  • Professional proficiency in Italian and English is required due to regular interaction with local partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and developing relationships with external partners, including fleet owners and cooperatives.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage complex situations and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate operational challenges and resolve issues while maintaining service continuity.

The pay range for this position is 32,000 - 40,000 EUR, annual gross, not inclusive of benefits. This range reflects the expected for the role and will be based on relevant experience, skills and qualifications.
