The Position
Our Marine Products Department in Barcelona is looking for a Supply Coordinator to join our team!

At Wilhelmsen, we help shape the maritime industry through innovative products and solutions. Our Marine Products division supplies marine consumables, products and solutions to vessels worldwide, including the Unitor, Timm, Unicool and Nalfleet brands.

About the role
The position is based at our Terrassa office, in the Santa Margarita industrial park, and reports to the Operations Manager.
As Supply Coordinator, you will ensure that customer orders are handled correctly and on time, coordinating product availability, lead times, deliveries and related information with customers and internal teams.

Who You Are
We are looking for an organised and proactive professional with good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a multinational environment.

Required Experience and Skills
o    Degree or qualification in Commerce or Transport and Logistics.
o    Previous experience in supply coordination, logistics or a similar role.
o    Good command of computer tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
o    Good level of English, both spoken and written.
o    Knowledge of French or Portuguese will be an advantage.
o    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o    Good organisational, communication and coordination skills.

What You Will Be Doing
o    Coordinate customer orders and follow up on product availability, lead times and delivery status.
o    Follow up on quotations and orders await approval.
o    Process orders, including non-available items, and coordinate incoming purchase orders and ETA dates.
o    Process shipments and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, dispatch and service providers.
o    Provide Customer Service with updated information on availability, delays, charges and delivery status.
o    Place purchase orders with suppliers and subcontractors when required.
o    Provide the warehouse with accurate delivery information, including time and place of delivery.
o    Prepare cost information for invoicing and create invoices for completed orders when required.
o    Maintain relevant reports and documentation.
o    Support other departments with stock and purchase orders as needed.
