- Oversees warehouse and other assigned areas of supply chain operations, including day-to-day management of staff members.
- Organizes and operates materials distribution, receiving, storing, and related functions and systems effectively.
- Directs operational functions of the facility's supply chain in partnership with other supply chain leaders.
- Partners with hospital clinicians and staff to ensure customer needs are met by the supply chain.
- Establishes and maintains adequate levels of standard and emergency supplies to meet patient care demands.
- Maintains environment and operations within regulatory guidelines.
- Establishes and maintains par levels on unit cart lists.
- Reviews Peoplesoft dashboards and reports, taking appropriate actions.
- Communicates with Shared Services to identify and resolve issues.
- Assists in coordinating and cross-training department personnel engaged in stocking supply carts, filling stock requisitions, and tagging patient chargeable supplies.
- Ensures all departments have sufficient supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.
