Job Description:

  • Oversees warehouse and other assigned areas of supply chain operations, including day-to-day management of staff members.
  • Organizes and operates materials distribution, receiving, storing, and related functions and systems effectively.
  • Directs operational functions of the facility's supply chain in partnership with other supply chain leaders.
  • Partners with hospital clinicians and staff to ensure customer needs are met by the supply chain.
  • Establishes and maintains adequate levels of standard and emergency supplies to meet patient care demands.
  • Maintains environment and operations within regulatory guidelines.
  • Establishes and maintains par levels on unit cart lists.
  • Reviews Peoplesoft dashboards and reports, taking appropriate actions.
  • Communicates with Shared Services to identify and resolve issues.
  • Assists in coordinating and cross-training department personnel engaged in stocking supply carts, filling stock requisitions, and tagging patient chargeable supplies.
  • Ensures all departments have sufficient supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:

$46,217.60 - $85,966.40
