Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Supply Chain Management

  • Drive supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, and service metrics to support high-mix, high-tech manufacturing environments

  • Execute supply chain initiatives, including New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring material readiness and supplier alignment

  • Support cost reduction and value engineering efforts to achieve total cost of ownership (TCO) targets

  • Identify and implement improvements in quality, delivery performance, inventory optimization, and service levels

  • Develop and maintain cost tracking models and support commodity strategies through data analysis

  • Analyze demand signals, market trends, and supplier capabilities to support sourcing and supply continuity decisions

  • Build collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and responsiveness

  • Develop and maintain supplier scorecards; track KPIs and drive corrective actions where needed

  • Coordinate supplier business reviews and monitor follow-through on performance improvement plans

Contracts & Negotiations

  • Support execution and lifecycle management of supplier agreements, including SOWs, SLAs, and NDAs

  • Assist with contract renewals and negotiations by providing cost analysis, benchmarking, and supplier performance insights

  • Partner with procurement and legal teams to ensure contracts meet operational and business requirements

Policies, Procedures & Compliance

  • Apply supply chain best practices to ensure efficient and scalable operations

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Support audit readiness and adherence to global trade and compliance standards

Commodity & Cross-Functional Support

  • Contribute to commodity strategy execution through data analysis and supplier insights

  • Support supplier selection and sourcing decisions by evaluating cost, capability, and risk factors

  • Ensure operational and service requirements are reflected in supplier agreements and execution plans

  • Communicate NPI timelines, material risks, and supply impacts to cross-functional stakeholders

  • Support EOM (End of Manufacturing) transitions, minimizing disruption to supply continuity

Problem Solving & Escalation

  • Act as a primary point of contact for day-to-day supply issues, including shortages, expedites, and urgent customer requirements

  • Resolve short-term supply constraints through supplier coordination and internal alignment

  • Partner with engineering, quality, and service teams to address long-term supply risks, including EOL, obsolescence, and capacity constraints

  • Utilize data analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Service, Logistics, and Trade Compliance teams

  • Align supply chain execution with production schedules, service requirements, and business priorities

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Supply Chain and/or Materials Management experience in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment

  • Experience in supply planning, procurement processes (POs, supplier management, lead time optimization), and inventory management

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions (Excel, pivot tables required)

  • Working knowledge of ERP and e-Procurement systems (SAP and Ariba preferred)

  • Experience supporting NPI, service parts planning, and production environments

  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, identify gaps, and implement process improvements

  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally

  • APICS and/or ISM/CPSM certification preferred

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years and master’s degree; or equivalent work experience

Base Pay Range: $115,600.00 - $196,500.00 Annually

Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA
