Location: India Remote
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of domestic and international shipping operations, ensuring timely delivery while optimizing costs and maintaining compliance with global regulations.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve logistics systems and processes to enhance efficiency, visibility, and scalability across the supply chain.
• Provide exceptional support to customer management teams by promptly resolving logistics issues and implementing preventative measures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors across multiple categories including kitting, printing, design & development, logistics, translations, and devices.
• Monitor vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and identify new partnership opportunities to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with vendors and vendor- related activities.
• Monitor inventory stock levels, optimize usage, and make adjustments based on prior trends.
Basic qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in logistics management with demonstrated knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations and practices.
• Proven experience implementing and managing logistics systems or supply chain technologies.
• Strong vendor management skills with the ability to negotiate contracts and build productive business relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a track record of resolving complex logistics challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
