Shape the Supply Chain Behind Some of the World's Most Iconic Brands

At Pernod Ricard, we bring people together through iconic brands enjoyed around the world. Behind every successful product launch, customer order, and commercial initiative is a supply chain that keeps everything moving seamlessly.

We're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Estonia team and play a key role in ensuring our brands are available to customers when and where they need them. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytics, planning, collaboration, and problem-solving in a dynamic FMCG environment.

As part of a small and agile team, you'll work across the entire supply chain, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, suppliers, and logistics providers. From demand planning and forecasting to inventory management and logistics coordination, you'll help translate commercial ambitions into operational excellence.

This is a role where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution. You'll gain broad exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations while helping drive service, efficiency, and business performance across the Estonian market.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

  • Support and contribute to the monthly S&OP process, ensuring demand plans reflect business priorities and market activities.
  • Analyze forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and help improve planning performance and forecast accuracy.
  • Partner with commercial teams on product launches, promotions, portfolio changes, and demand planning activities.
  • Ensure product availability while balancing inventory targets and working capital objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics operations with external logistics partners and monitor service performance.
  • Manage replenishment planning, purchase orders, and supplier follow-up activities.
  • Monitor stock levels and proactively identify potential supply risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, service levels, and supply chain performance.
  • Maintain accurate planning data and contribute to reporting, compliance, and inventory management activities.

About You

You are a proactive and analytical professional with a strong ownership mindset. You enjoy working with data, solving complex challenges, and collaborating across functions to deliver results. Equally comfortable diving into details and seeing the bigger picture, you thrive in dynamic environments where no two days are exactly alike.

Most importantly, you're eager to learn, take initiative, and continuously look for ways to improve processes and drive better outcomes.

You are also:

  • A strong planner with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data and translating insights into actions.
  • A collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across functions.
  • Someone who enjoys solving problems and driving improvements.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Logistics, Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, or another analytical business function.
  • Experience from FMCG or an international business environment is an advantage, but not required.
  • Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ERP, planning, or reporting systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Estonian and English.
  • Curiosity, drive, and a willingness to learn and develop.

What We Offer

  • A role with real ownership and visibility across the business.
  • The opportunity to work across the full supply chain and develop broad FMCG experience.
  • Collaboration with colleagues across Estonia, the Baltics, and the wider Nordic organization.
  • A dynamic, entrepreneurial, and people-focused culture.
  • Development opportunities within Pernod Ricard locally and globally.
