- Supply Chain SME
- Hybrid working (Melb or Syd location)
Since our demerger from Woolworths in 2021, we’ve been on an exciting transformation journey. We are completely reimagining how we operate as an independent business and are building the future-focused technology to back it up. That’s where you come in. We are looking for an energetic, collaborative, and pragmatic Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help shape our future ERP and Replenishment systems.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Lead SME in a dynamic matrixed environment, you will be a vital conduit between our transformation project and the broader business. You will leverage your extensive Supply Chain expertise to drive the design, development, and optimisation of critical systems and processes

This isn't just about system implementation; it’s about ensuring our technology aligns perfectly with our business goals and always keeps customer outcomes central to decision-making.
- Partner with Business Analysts and Functional Leads to capture, document, and validate real-world business requirements and project scope.
- Participate in workshops, engaging diverse stakeholders to ensure our future-state designs meet business needs.
- Compile test scripts, execute unit and integration testing, and creatively problem-solve to resolve errors.
- Work closely with Programmers and Layout Developers to validate data sources, ensuring seamless data conversion and functional reporting outputs.
- Identify training needs, draft end-user documentation, and deliver knowledge transfers to business coaches to support our teams through change.
Now let’s talk about you:
We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and brings a positive, 'can-do' attitude to the team.
- 5+ years of experience working on SAP implementation projects within the Supply Chain functional area.
- A proven track record of supporting complex projects and driving change in disrupted or evolving environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business impacts and think innovatively.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, allowing you to influence, negotiate, and facilitate seamlessly across all levels of the organisation.
- Advanced proficiency in application software (spreadsheets, word processing).
- A background in retail, previous training/testing experience, or business analyst exposure (highly desirable).
- Previous training and testing experience.
- Possesses technical proficiency as a business analyst or SME.
- Previous exposure to large scale projects.
- Retail exposure a plus
