Als Supply Chain Services Manager Benelux ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en verder uitbouwen van onze supply chain services activiteiten. Je combineert operationele verantwoordelijkheid met business development en zorgt ervoor dat onze diensten – van configuratie tot returns – efficiënt, kwalitatief en winstgevend worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Operations – Configuration & Value Add (±40%)

  • End-to-end verantwoordelijkheid: van offerte tot facturatie
  • Continu verbeteren van processen
  • Verantwoordelijk voor tijdige en correcte verwerking van returns binnen SLA’s
  • Returns positioneren als klantgerichte service
  • Opvolgen en moderniseren van de infrastructuur in Aalst (BE) & Tiel (NL)

People management (±20%)

  • Aansturen van de afdeling Supply Chain Services, ondersteund door supervisors
  • Coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers
  • Bewaken van performantie, engagement en teamwerking
     

Business development (±20%)

  • Actief bijdragen aan de groei van Supply Chain Services
  • Uitbreiden van diensten bij bestaande klanten
  • Ondersteunen bij het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes
     

Supply Chain Services P&L (±20%)

  • Waken over kwaliteit en productiviteit
  • Optimaliseren van de rendabiliteit

Jij:

  • Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in het aansturen van logistieke services of warehouse operations
  • 1 à 3 jaar ervaring in het aansturen van een team
  • Sterke commerciële mindset
  • Analytisch sterk en detailgericht
  • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden (Engels vereist, Frans is een pluspunt)
  • Ervaring met het geven van presentaties en het onderhandelen met stakeholders
  • Hands-on, resultaatgericht en stressbestendig
  • Financieel inzicht
  • Je kan klantbehoeften vertalen naar operationele oplossingen
  • Sterke leiderschaps- en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Snel nieuwe systemen en technologieën kunnen aanleren
  • Teamplayer met sterke interculturele vaardigheden
  • Je werkt hoofdzakelijk vanuit onze site in Aalst, met sporadische verplaatsingen naar Tiel.

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years managing logistics services or warehouse operations
  • 1-3 years experience leading a team
  • Strong commercial mindset
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (English required)
