Support short-term production and supply planning within the planning time fence based on demand and supply signals.
Assist in production scheduling and material planning activities in coordination with Manufacturing and Supply Chain stakeholders.
Monitor planning exceptions and material shortages using ERP and planning systems (e.g. MIMI) , following defined procedures and escalation rules.
Track execution versus plan and follow up on delays, non-executed schedules, or supply constraints.
Support actions to minimize backorders and service disruptions.
Ensure adherence to SIOP processes, logistics standards, and internal supply chain policies.
Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities, including road and ocean freight, coordinating with Logistics Coordinator as needed.

Prepare and maintain documentation required for daily inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Ensure accuracy and maintenance of logistics-related master data in ERP systems.
Apply EHS rules and contribute to a strong safety culture in all logistics and supply chain activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, service, and process efficiency.
Participate in periodic reviews with logistics service providers as required.
Actively participate in global supply chain and logistics digitization initiatives, supporting the adoption of standard tools, processes, and data-driven practices.
