We’re seeking a Supply Chain Project Enablement Manager to lead Make-to-Order (MTO) operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across sourcing, manufacturing, and warehousing. What You Will Do
- Design Supply Chain Solutions: Translate customer requirements into cost-effective, end-to-end supply chain solutions that meet SLAs and specifications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across teams to overcome obstacles, aligning solutions with business goals.
- Project Oversight: Oversee project execution ensuring compliance with customer specifications and business commitments.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as primary contact for leaders and customer experience, handling commitments, schedule changes, and ensuring timely communication on orders, quality, and service.
- Project Assessment: Evaluate project deliverables and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate project failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Process Optimization: Streamline lead times and processes to enhance efficiency and meet customer requirements.
- Reporting: Track key metrics and project data within systems, ensuring consistent, accurate data entry.
- Financial Management: Monitor and approve project investments, balancing execution with risk mitigation and business objectives.
What You Will Bring
- Education: B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or Operations; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: APICS CPIM, CSCP, ISM CPM/CPSM, or Project Management.
- Experience: 5-7 years in supply chain or manufacturing role with exposure to production, demand and supply planning, sourcing, inventory management, and logistics.
- Software: Direct working experience with a major ERP platform; oracle a strong plus.
- Project Management Skills: Proven experience managing projects including change management, relationship building, and effective communication with all levels in an organization.
- Continuous Improvement Knowledge: Familiarity with quality and continuous improvement methodologies, preferably using Lean tools/Six Sigma.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
