About the roleAs a Supply Chain / Procurement Specialist at Droyd, you’ll own purchasing, vendor coordination, and parts logistics for the hardware team. You’ll help make sure the right parts arrive at the right time and that materials and inventory stay organized.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and excited to be a key part of a fast-moving hardware operation.

In this role, you’llOwn purchasing and procurement for hardware parts, materials, and shop needs
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage quotes, orders, and lead times
Track inventory, deliveries, and part availability
Help organize incoming parts, materials, and hardware supplies
Work closely with engineers, technicians, and the shop team to anticipate needs
Reduce delays by keeping procurement and logistics running smoothly
Is highly organized and detail-oriented
Has experience with procurement, supply chain, purchasing, or hardware operations
Can manage many moving parts and shifting priorities
Communicates clearly with vendors and internal teams
Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience in robotics, manufacturing, hardware, or prototyping environments
Experience with BOMs, inventory systems, or vendor management
Experience supporting engineering or shop teams directly
