Key Responsibilities May Include:

The Supply Chain Process Transformation Manager is a strategic role responsible for driving the modernization and improvement of supply chain processes through digital enablement, advanced analytics, and process optimization. This role partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to design, implement, and embed scalable solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and decision‑making across supply chain operations.

What you Will Do:Process Design & Transformation Delivery- Lead end‑to‑end process mapping (current‑state and future‑state) across supply chain functions
- Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts and business leaders to gather requirements and align on solutions
- Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities using structured analysis
- Define clear process documentation, standards, roles, handoffs, and controls
- Drive execution of assigned transformation initiatives or workstreams from design through implementation
- Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions are adopted and sustained in day‑to‑day operations
- Translate business and process needs into clear functional and technical requirements

- Project, program, or portfolio management certification
- Agile or hybrid delivery experience
- Experience working in large, complex, or global organizations
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
