Position Purpose: Drives and leads analytical efforts, process management and strategy. Responsible for oversight and continuous improvement of assigned processes. Facilitates and executes complex ad hoc requests adding additional value and insight, including clear communication to stakeholders on risks and opportunities. Oversight to ensure the system is up to date with the most accurate data available for multiple channels (direct, retail, wholesale, international) and audits accuracy of information. Develops, leads and facilitates ongoing strategic alignments and relationships with cross-functional leaders. Represents Services with Supply Chain Senior leadership. Leads a team of Specialists in execution of assigned processes.

About the role:
-
Develops and leads ongoing strategic alignments. Represents Services with SC and Senior leadership.

Coordinates and leads team on regular, scheduled and ad hoc efforts. Develops reports, metrics and processes. Reports out with insights.

Highly knowledgeable about supply chain to identify gaps, improve performance and make decisions in order to support other roles.

Drives and leads medium/high complex analytical efforts, provides support to SC leadership and mentors others.

Owns and utilizes team and departmental reports to drive business results.

Understand system connections, solves issues and drives ideas to improve them.

Partners with technical teams (Sustain, EIM, IS).

Own, execute and/or oversee one or more processes which may include:

Updating purchase orders in SAP based on the information provided by Vendors, Supply Chain, Warehouse, or any other counterparts inside/outside the company.

Collecting and managing costing, customs and trade forms, process timelines and other documentation from vendors.
-
ASN and vendor compliance support.
-
Resolving discrepancies in shipments, advanced shipment notices, invoices.
-
General support, ad hoc requests and analysis for other Supply Chain functions providing additional value and insight.
Manages assigned personnel:

Establish performance objectives, assign work, monitor workload, and appraise performance.

Coach and develop employees in job related skills through work assignment, direct training, and regular feedback - both positive and developmental.

Partners with leaders to objectively assess and develop talent.

Recommend and administer wages and salaries of direct reports.

Communicate company policies and procedures and resolve routine personnel situations in accordance with them.
About you:

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field

Years of experience: 4+ years

English: C1 (Advanced)

Knowledgeable in Supply Chain systems such as: SAP, BlueYonder, Product Costing, Flex PLM and/or other

Leadership skills, experienced leading others
