Lead technical support and enhancement of digital commerce, marketing, and customer service platforms. Design, configure, test, and implement integrations and application enhancements. Troubleshoot production issues, monitor performance and data flows, support projects and on-call incident response, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to improve customer experience and analytics.

Ensure import operations comply with U.S. and foreign customs regulations by performing HTS classification, pre-entry reviews, prototype/sample clearance, audits of customs determinations, billing for customs transactions, and maintaining import policies. Collaborate with Product Development, Sourcing, vendors, and customs brokers and liaise with U.S. Customs as needed to improve processes and ensure documentation accuracy.

Designs, develops, configures, tests and supports SAP solutions (primarily ABAP/SAP ECC). Leads technical design, integration, vendor collaboration, full lifecycle testing, production support, and mentors junior staff. Provides on-call support and ensures compliance with security and development standards.
