Plan, execute, and report internal audit engagements to assess and strengthen controls. Develop audit scopes, identify risks, test controls, prepare reports with recommendations, support external audits, and build relationships with business leaders to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

Lead enterprise sales planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting to translate strategy into demand, sales, margin, and profit plans. Deliver executive-level performance insights and recommendations, manage reporting platforms, and prepare board-level materials. Partner cross-functionally with channel, marketing, and supply chain teams, run the planning calendar, and coach a finance team to improve forecasting, reporting, and decision support for profitable growth.

Manage stock room and cash wrap operations, oversee receiving, returns, transfers and omni-channel fulfillment. Lead and coach back-of-house staff, ensure safety and loss-prevention compliance, drive productivity and store metrics, act as leader on duty and assist with staffing, training, and peak-season readiness.

Evaluate garment samples for fit, construction, and quality; lead fit sessions; create and maintain technical specifications; partner with product development and merchandising to resolve fit and construction issues; support commercialization and continuous improvement to ensure production-ready products meet brand standards.

Design, deploy, and manage enterprise Windows endpoint infrastructure, focusing on imaging (OSD), SCCM/MECM-based software/patch deployment, Active Directory and Group Policy administration, application packaging, driver/BIOS lifecycle management, PowerShell automation, troubleshooting, and cross-team compliance collaboration and documentation.

Lead and monitor cross-functional business processes to improve efficiency and performance. Recommend process metrics, drive continuous improvement, facilitate training and change management, maintain process documentation, and support rollout and adoption in partnership with IS and business leaders.

Designs, develops, configures, tests and supports SAP solutions (primarily ABAP/SAP ECC). Leads technical design, integration, vendor collaboration, full lifecycle testing, production support, and mentors junior staff. Provides on-call support and ensures compliance with security and development standards.

Lead change management for supply chain and fulfillment initiatives: assess impacts, develop and execute communication, training, engagement and sustainment plans, track adoption metrics, coach leaders, coordinate stakeholders and consultants, and drive long-term embedding of new processes and ways of working.
