Supply Chain Planning Intern

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to join our Customer Service team within the Supply Chain department. The Supply Chain Planning Intern will be responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer master data. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless operations and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Data Management: Maintain and update customer master data in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Data Validation: Verify and validate customer information to ensure data integrity.
• Data Entry: Input new customer data and update existing records as needed.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to customer data for internal use.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Service team and other departments to resolve data-related issues.
• Compliance: Ensure all customer data management activities comply with company policies and regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data management processes and procedures.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade and Business, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Issue Diagnosis and Resolution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic Project management skills (Preferable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
