Position Overview
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will align supply, inventory, and demand plans with revenue goals and customer commitments for assigned products. You will use AI-enabled analytics, enterprise resource planning systems, and supply planning tools to evaluate scenarios, identify risks, and improve planning efficiency. This position is based in our Guadalajara, Mexico office and requires onsite work five days per week.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and publish supply plans that align customer demand, backlog, factory capacity, material availability, product mix, and inventory replenishment strategies.
  • Apply AI-assisted analytics and planning tools to identify supply risks, evaluate opportunities, and support timely, data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to resolve planning constraints and complete critical supply chain activities.
  • Optimize supply and inventory plans to support revenue goals, customer commitments, and efficient use of manufacturing capacity.
  • Communicate supply constraints, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to business partners and revenue planning teams.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, inventory management, or production planning.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience using enterprise resource planning systems or supply planning tools.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand, supply, inventory, manufacturing, logistics, or customer fulfillment.
  • Demonstrated communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent advanced professional experience.
  • Experience applying AI-enabled analytics, advanced planning tools, automation, or machine learning-supported insights in a supply chain environment.
  • Experience analyzing complex or ambiguous supply scenarios and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Knowledge of the semiconductor industry, manufacturing operations, or semiconductor supply chain processes.
  • Experience driving deliverables and decisions across global, cross-functional, or distributed teams.
  • AI readiness: Added explicit, role-relevant AI language in both the overview and responsibilities.
