Job Description

  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve inventory policies to optimise stock holdings and service levels.
  • Monitor inventory performance, including stock availability, shelf life and inventory health across key supply partners.

  • Provide support and backup coverage for the Supply Chain Specialist as required.

Key measures of success:

  • High forecast accuracy across Food, Starbucks branded products, LTOs and Merchandise.
  • Reduced stock-outs and improved product availability across stores.
  • Effective inventory management resulting in lower obsolete stock levels.
  • Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver supply chain objectives.
  • Improved planning processes, reporting and operational efficiency.
