Leads technology operations, service delivery, incident management, infrastructure, security, vendor performance, and technology support across distributed stores and the Support Centre. The role manages networks, devices, Microsoft 365, cloud services, point-of-sale technology, and operational resilience while improving service levels, costs, security, and scalability. It partners with business leaders and technology providers to support store growth and requires after-hours escalation availability and travel to stores.

Leads financial reporting, month-end close, statutory compliance, tax, audits, reconciliations, fixed assets, and capital expenditure management. Manages the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll support team, strengthens financial controls, improves finance systems and processes, and provides analysis and business partnering to the CFO and budget owners. This is a 12-month parental leave contract with potential extension, based on a hybrid schedule in Collingwood.
