Preparing transport orders
Supervising warehouse operators
Monitoring internally stored goods and goods in transit
Managing the shared mailbox and maintaining communication with the technical department of the vessels and the internal transport department
Preparing transport documents (DGD, CMR, loading lists) and liaising with transporters
You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to roll up your sleeves to check shipments in the warehouse
Good knowledge of Dutch and English
You have a flexible mindset: since we supply projects and vessels, planning can change quickly, so the ability to adapt rapidly is essential
You work accurately and punctually: carefully recording and completing the required documentation
