Experience - 2–5 years in Supply Chain, Data Management, or Analyst roles.

Technical Proficiency - High expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite or Microsoft Dynamics) and Advanced Excel.

Education - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or a related field.

Soft Skills - High attention to detail and the ability to explain technical data issues to non-technical teammates.

Mindset: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a consensus-driven environment.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Industry Experience: Direct experience in both Apparel/Fashion and Hard Goods is highly desirable.

Systems Experience: Hands-on experience with demand planning software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP APO, JDA/Blue Yonder, o9, Anaplan), WMS and ERP systems.

Certifications: APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is a plus.
