Leads the enterprise-wide U.S. import and global trade compliance program, including customs governance, internal controls, HTS classification, country-of-origin determinations, FTA qualification, broker oversight, valuation, audits, and regulatory reporting. The role manages CBP relationships, ensures UFLPA and recordkeeping compliance, supervises a Trade Compliance Analyst, and partners cross-functionally with legal, sourcing, logistics, accounting, procurement, and supply chain teams.

Generate and qualify leads, support bids for retailers, coordinate with outside sales representatives, maintain customer and sales records, research sports organizations, analyze consumer and industry data, and provide customer service. The role involves building client relationships, loading leads into CRM software, learning sales techniques, and developing product knowledge in the sporting goods industry.

Develop, enhance, integrate, and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders, integration developers, and designers to implement business requirements, troubleshoot application issues, support and train users, and contribute to architecture and technical strategy. Create technical documentation and apply database design, API integration, debugging, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

Develop apparel products from initial design and pattern creation through production. Responsibilities include managing technical specification packages, creating fit and production patterns and markers, reviewing samples for fit and quality, communicating corrections to overseas vendors, partnering with quality control, and conducting competitor analysis. The role requires expertise in garment construction, fabrics, grading, technical specifications, and apparel software.
