Lead and manage a bilingual IT help desk team across Dominican Republic and US sites. Oversee daily help desk operations, ticketing, SLAs, vendor management, procurement, asset inventory, and application support (Dynamics AX, Korber Edge, CPA). Provide advanced troubleshooting, develop procedures and knowledge base, report KPIs, and drive user satisfaction. On-site presence required.

Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive web-based enterprise applications using .NET technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders, integration developers, and designers to implement features, integrations, and UI, provide troubleshooting and end-user support, participate in architecture sessions, and produce technical documentation.

Lead and mentor a software development team, manage the full SDLC, drive architecture and best practices, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver scalable, high-quality software while promoting continuous improvement.
