Lead and manage a bilingual IT help desk team across Dominican Republic and US sites. Oversee daily help desk operations, ticketing, SLAs, vendor management, procurement, asset inventory, and application support (Dynamics AX, Korber Edge, CPA). Provide advanced troubleshooting, develop procedures and knowledge base, report KPIs, and drive user satisfaction. On-site presence required.

Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, returns, and scheduling. Lead and develop frontline staff and supervisors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, optimize processes using Lean/6S, analyze KPIs and prepare reports, coordinate shipments and key accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Lead Tier-3 infrastructure engineering across multi-site environment: design and maintain Hyper-V clusters, SAN/iSCSI, IIS and load balancing, manage networking (BGP, Fortinet/SonicWall, UniFi), migrate to Azure File Share, support NetSuite ERP transition, deploy identity and monitoring solutions (Entra ID, Duo, LogicMonitor), and produce technical documentation.

Answer and route incoming calls, greet and sign in visitors, perform clerical support for inventory operations, assist with kitchen/cafe duties, and maintain accurate, detail-oriented administrative work.

Lead and mentor a software development team, manage the full SDLC, drive architecture and best practices, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver scalable, high-quality software while promoting continuous improvement.
