Job Summary
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager who combines strategic insight with a strong hands-on mindset. In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for supply chain and warehouse operations, ensuring stable and efficient day-to-day execution while proactively driving continuous improvement and long-term development.
The organization comprises a Supply Chain team of 11 employees and a Warehouse organization of approximately 20 employees. The Warehouse team is led by a Warehouse Supervisor who reports directly to you. You will work closely with both teams and maintain an active presence in daily operations as required to support performance, collaboration, and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for supply chain operations, including operational purchasing/material call-off, customer support, production planning, supply chain development, and warehouse & inventory management
- Lead, coach, and develop a Supply Chain team of 11 employees and manage a warehouse organization of approximately 20 employees through a Warehouse Supervisor
- Ensure stable and efficient daily warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, internal flows) while safeguarding safety, quality, and compliance with internal procedures
- Translate business objectives into clear operational and tactical plans, combining strategic oversight with hands-on involvement when required
- Secure optimal inventory levels, high stock accuracy, and effective physical inventory processes, while driving continuous improvements in processes, layouts, workflows, and standardization
- Define, monitor, and act on KPIs related to safety, delivery precision, productivity, inventory turnover, and cost, proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities
Skills, Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Several years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven leadership experience, including leading teams directly and through managers, with accountability for results
- Experience combining strategic responsibility with hands-on operational execution in supply chain and/or warehouse management
- Strong understanding of material flows, logistics, inventory management, and ERP systems, with a structured and analytical approach
- Strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration capability, and fluency in both Swedish and English
