We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to support our growing operations team. In this role, you will play an essential part in managing day-to-day supply chain activities across procurement, logistics, and fulfillment. You will help coordinate cross-functional workflows, monitor key performance indicators, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our supply chain processes. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in planning, controlling, and optimizing supply chain processes (procurement, logistics, scheduling, order management)
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between purchasing, production, logistics, and sales
- Contribute to the improvement and development of internal supply chain processes and tools
- Prepare and analyze reports and KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, inventory levels)
- Actively support daily operations and cross-functional projects
- Help manage escalations and supply disruptions with a solution-oriented approach
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in supply chain and logistics, ideally as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk or Industrial Clerk (or equivalent)
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a supply chain-related role (e.g., logistics, planning, procurement, customer service)
- Strong hands-on mentality – willing to support operational tasks as needed
- High level of flexibility, motivation, and reliability
- Confident use of Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite
- Solid Excel skills and quick understanding of digital tools
- Team player with a structured and proactive working style and strong communication skills
