The role owns deliverables end to end, collaborates across teams and customers, and mentors engineers.

Manage and maintain network and cloud infrastructure across German offices, administer VS-NfD and IAM, run cybersecurity tooling (endpoint, SIEM, vulnerability, phishing), drive defense compliance and certifications, support infrastructure projects and office build-outs, document configurations and policies, and act as senior escalation for security, access and infrastructure issues.

Maintain and enhance AuterionOS on Nvidia Jetson and ARM64 hardware: add drivers, optimize performance, write tests and docs, provide L3 customer support, and collaborate across product and engineering teams.

Design and own the Revenue Operations function: architect CRM/ERP/BI data models and automations, integrate HubSpot with NetSuite, enforce data quality, build forecasting and executive reporting, maintain multi-entity/multi-currency workflows, ensure audit-ready governance, and drive change management across finance, GTM, supply chain, and engineering.

Integrate, configure, validate, and deploy autonomous drone systems from airframe concept through flight readiness. Responsibilities include PX4 firmware flashing, sensor calibration, ESC tuning, avionics and payload integration, flight testing, troubleshooting, customer technical support, system architecture, documentation, and feedback to product teams. The role bridges hardware, firmware, software, operations, and customer requirements while supporting field demonstrations and deployments.
