As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Design, define, propose and lead the logistics and distribution operations in Turbo, Guarantee the reception, storage, dispatch and delivery of products to Dark Stores through distribution centers, Cross Docking or suppliers and routes in each city.

• Manage and lead budgets control, known and unknown shrinkage of distribution centers.

• Manage Picking Fill Rate, Delivered Fill Rate, compliance policies and audits.

•  Propose new technological or process solutions to increase efficiency, quality and speed throughout the logistics chain.

•  Engage in negotiation with 3PLs.

• Generate efficiency improvement projects, Propose ways to improve cost efficiency, such as operation management.- Focus on both technological and operational aspects

Requirements:

• Degree in industrial engineering or business administration.
• 4-6 years of Supply Chain or Logistics experience, especially in Distribution Centers Logistics
• Prefer experience in mass consumption, pharmaceutical companies

• Experience in startups or financial entities is desirable

• Passion to delivered to the customer the best experience EVER

• Knowledge in product/tech is desirable 

• English , Portuguese is a plus
