Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Delta team. Delta is a tire I supplier to Automotive customers in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and manufactories' in Asia. Some of the main responsibilities are listed below.
Responsibilities
- Work with Delta factory for supply and demand planning.
- Monitor and facilitate inbound shipment from Asia to 3PL.
- Secure 3PL resource to handle inbound, customs, repacking and outbound activities.
- Supply and demand management between Delta factories and customers
- Manage and optimize stock level in hub/warehouse in Europe.
- Supply level simulation - work with suppliers for production planning and delivery schedule.
- Represent 3rd party warehouse providers for outbound shipment status to customer.
- Work with sales account managers for new customer’s requirements and process optimization.
- Manage 3rd party warehouses and forwarders.
- Setup new process and process improvement in 3PL, to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct monthly business review (MBR) and KPI with service providers.
- Co-work with sales managers for new customers' requirements and process optimization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years proven working experience in Automotive logistics.
- Capability in handling dynamic supply and demand activities.
- Capability in handling dynamic supply and demand activities in operating systems, strong experience in SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Profession in negotiation and collaboration with other functions and business partners.
- Customer-oriented attitude, attention to detail, work accurately and timely.
