  • Manage and continuously improve 3PL performance, including order processing, distribution execution, inventory accuracy, invoice validation, and resolution of aged or disputed invoices.
  • Identify, design, and implement system and process improvements across O2C, distribution, and reporting to enhance efficiency, visibility, scalability, and supply chain resilience.
  • Execute and oversee ERP transactions (e.g., sales orders, transfer orders, invoicing, inventory movements, packaging lists), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Ensure all operational activities are performed in compliance with GMP/GDP and SOX requirements, maintaining robust internal controls, documentation, and audit support.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder communication, escalating risks, constraints, or financial impacts related to supply chain execution and O2C performance.
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and control documentation, supporting a scalable and compliant global supply chain organization.
