Role Overview:
Huntsman is seeking a leader to oversee the Supply Chain Function for our Polyurethanes division across Middle East and Turkey region. The incumbent will lead the entire supply chain operations, driving Supply Chain Performance transformation through continuous process and operational improvement. This transformation will primarily focus on areas of Supply Chain, Customer Service, Import -Export activities, Warehousing, Logistics and Process efficiency projects. This role requires strong leadership and influencing skills, expertise in SAP and supply chain tools. This role would report into the Supply Chain Director – Polyurethanes for the EMEA region and would be part of the European Regional Supply Chain Leadership team and the Turkey Site leadership team for Polyurethanes

Role Responsibilities:
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible across Middle East and Turkey for:
Strategic
- Ensure EHS & Legal compliance in aspects of Supply chain, Customer Service, Process Improvement, Logistics and Warehousing.
- Driving functional driven transformational projects.
- Create a commercial environment that supports/enable Business to achieve Annual Targets & further excellence program
- Assist local Management Team to achieve objectives & targets through appropriate action plans by being a Lead in conceptualizing improvement programs and develop implementation plans
- Design, Develop and lead change related projects for customer centricity and business efficiency
Functional & Operational.
- Establish a process with Customers & Sales team for correct forecasting & effective inventory management & O2C process
- Coordinate Indent sale, Export sale & imports for customers & manufacturing.
- Management and coordination with warehouse to ensure correct stock level
- Proactively manage payments with effective follow up/ resolution with suppliers and Finance/controlling team
- Handles escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution to these issues. Serve as the point of contract for customers on contractual matters. Vital link between company and customers, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations
- Identify and Align operational process and procedures covering service providers
- Explore and identify collaborative solutions with 3rd party vendors & distributors.
- Review & develop collaborative architecture & solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Facilitate business change and IT implementation in terms of process documentation and communications.
- Engage stake holder through all phases of project development and implementation.
- Support operational teams in the implementation of improved processes and systems.
- Working in close coordination with Overseas Counterparts on Supply Chain Efficiency and improvement projects.

Experience and Competencies:
We are looking for experienced candidates with excellent communication skills and a solution focused approach.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors or Masters or Post-graduation in Supply chain operations or Business Management
- 15 years of experience in End to End Supply Chain Management, Process Improvement, Manufacturing Planning & Raw material operations, Profitability / Spend / Fixed & Variable cost , People/Team management.
- Good understanding of Lean six sigma concepts in Supply Chain Management with an operational excellence blend
- Good to have project management skills/ certification
- Effective communication skills in Turkish and English.
- Excellent hands-on experience of SAP, multiple tools and systems
- Showing strong adaptability and the ability to work in dynamic environments.
- Exhibiting excellent people management skills, including leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Being people-oriented, with a focus on fostering collaboration and engagement.
- Adopting a problem-solving approach to handle challenges effectively and proactively.
