Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to drive supply chain excellence by improving operational performance, standardizing processes, strengthening governance, and leading inventory and compliance initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with Order Management, Customer Project Management, Finance, and other key stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact, improve customer outcomes, and ensure sustainable operational excellence.
 

Your role:

 

1. Driving Zone Performance

  • Drive supply chain performance within the allocated zone(s), by owning end-to-end KPI management including root cause analysis and ensuring the implementation of corrective actions to reach defined KPI targets and business outcomes.
  • Ensure that the right structures, governance and accountability frameworks are in place to drive performance outcomes.
  • Ensure effective collaboration and accountability framework with cross-functional stakeholders for the zones, including Order Management, Customer Project Management and Finance teams.

2. Process Standardization

  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, and roll out the implementation of corrective actions with a solid structure, stakeholder accountability framework, measurable simplification and business impact.
  • Own and enforce standardized supply chain processes and governance frameworks across all European zones and/or businesses, ensuring consistency and compliance.

3. Unhealthy Inventory

  • Own end-to-end unhealthy inventory management with a standardized approach across Europe zones and/or businesses.
  • Drive and ensure execution of unhealthy inventory reduction actions and long-term prevention strategies, with clear ownership and measurable impact.

4. Internal Controls

  • Own internal control execution and compliance within a standard way of working across European zones and/or businesses.
  • Ensure timely submission of the preparation, timely execution of action plans by the stakeholders, and present the execution procedure during internal and external audits.

You're the right fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
  • You have professional experience in areas such as Supply Chain, Order Management, Logistics, Process Improvement, Operations, or Business Administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English in addition to Italian as local language.

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with KPI monitoring, reporting, and performance management.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management methodologies.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
  • Understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements, and audit processes.

Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is  43,420.00 –€ 85,041.66. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for short term incentive, with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
