Your role at Clorox:
Note: This position is for a 3-year Rotational Leadership Development Program starting in June 2027.The Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (SCLDP) at Clorox provides you with the opportunity to rotate through three diverse roles within key areas of our Supply Chain Organization and offers far more than your typical entry-level job.
During each of the three 12-month assignments (Business, Manufacturing, and Technical), participants will own their functional role while also completing the Leadership Development programming and activities. You’ll gain invaluable networking opportunities and access to Supply Chain leaders as you hone your business acumen and leadership capabilities. This position is primarily located in Alpharetta, GA (near Atlanta, GA). The Manufacturing rotation may require relocation to another U.S. Clorox Plant location. Travel is required for SCLDP Programming. Role-based travel may be required depending on your group assignment.
In this role, you will:
Through this 3-year rotational program, you’ll become well versed in a variety of Supply Chain roles and understand the true impact of our support, manufacturing, and operations groups as they collaborate to make our products a reality.
Business
- Expand your knowledge through gaining business experience in one of our Supply Chain Support group activities including but not limited to logistics analysis, customer relationship management, order management, problem solving and solution recommendation and implementation, interfacing with customers, vendors, and partners, and assisting with other internal and external initiatives
Manufacturing
- Get true manufacturing experience by joining one of our U.S. plants where you’ll directly contribute to the success of our plant operations through group activities including but not limited to process engineering, production supervision, and continuous improvement. This rotation is intended to develop your leadership skills and will include supervisory responsibility
Technical
- Complete the SCLDP by honing your technical skills as a member of one of our Operations Services groups including but not limited to quality, continuous improvement, global technical services, external manufacturing, and capital project management
Technical Track activities and experiences across all rotations require the ability to:
- Quickly get up to speed and deliver solid results in functional assignments
- Complete the Leadership Development programming requirements of an SCLDP
- Participate in leadership learning & activities
- Gain exposure to other facilities (internal & external) and cross-functional teams
- Actively seek leadership experiences inside and outside of the functions
What we look for:
- 0-1 years of relevant post-graduation work experience
- Previous Supply Chain or Engineering internship/work experience (preferred)
- Manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of achieving results
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and build relationships
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship for employment
Minimum Education Level/Degree:
- Recent or upcoming graduation from a 4-year university undergraduate program
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or relevant degree
- Not currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program
- GPA Required 3.0 or higher (preferred)

The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $66,700 - $118,700
–Zone B: $61,100 - $108,800
–Zone C: $:55,600 - $98,900
