About the Internship
You’ll join the Product Availability Team, supporting the Benelux and International Travel Retail (ITR) markets. This small, dynamic team of young professionals ensures that our customers and consumers always find the products they love, right where they expect them. This internship is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations. You’ll learn how short-term (0–12 week) planning really works and play an active role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly every single day.
What You’ll Do
As a full member of the team, you’ll contribute to both day-to-day operations and long-term improvement projects.
Operational tasks:
Monitor stock levels and track daily product availability against customer orders
Support inventory management by checking stock projections with our external logistics partners (3PLs)
Help prepare for Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) meetings
Assist with seasonal product (re)launches, from Halloween to Easter campaigns
Work with production planners and sales teams to prevent or resolve out-of-stock situations
Project-based work
Take the lead on a small-scale Continuous Improvement project, improving our reporting tools, workflows, or communication methods
Bring your own ideas to the table, we value fresh perspectives and encourage initiative
By the end of your internship, you’ll have gained experience in supply chain planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, while sharpening your analytical and problem-solving skills.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a motivated, hands-on student with a keen interest in how supply chains operate in a global FMCG company. You like to take initiative, work with others, and see your ideas come to life.
You are:Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, and remaining enrolled for the duration of the internship
Analytical, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable working both independently and in a team
Skilled in Microsoft Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus
Fluent in English (Dutch is an advantage)
Available for at least 4 days per week for 6 months
