Role Summary:
Act as the key contact for global teams, driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement across Supply Chain (SC) operations. Lead initiatives in digital transformation, KPI monitoring, and strategic projects to create a more agile, efficient, and customer-focused supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for global SC projects, KPIs, and improvement initiatives.
- Research and apply best practices across procurement, planning, production, and logistics.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify and implement performance improvements.
- Lead digital transformation and automation projects within SC.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic SC goals.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and growth across the region.
- Manage projects with attention to detail and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPM) preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in supply chain roles, preferably in the alcoholic beverages industry.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Proficiency in SC systems and tools.

- Supplier relationship management and regulatory compliance.
- Data-driven decision-making and forecasting.
- Agile mindset with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
