Position Summary
- Collaboration with the Game Development, Engineering, Product, Art, and Data Analytics Teams to optimize the quality of our releases.
- Ensure consistency for bug reports, processes, and best practices for production.
- Collaborate with the quality gate owners for our releases.
- Work together with the Development team to identify opportunities to improve the overall quality.
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports on product quality and performance.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test scenarios and execute them through hands-on manual testing only.
Technical Requirements;
- 2+ years of experience as a QA Specialist in a mobile game company
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies and game development practices, ideally in mobile or live-service games
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, artists, and producers
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks, analyze information, and manage time productively
- Solid understanding of SQL for data verification and validation
- Experience testing client-server interactions in games
- Familiarity with REST APIs and API testing tools such as Postman or Hoppscotch
Nice-to-haves;
- Experience with performance or load testing of mobile games
- Firebase and GameAnalytics experience
- ISTQB Foundation is beneficial
- Passion for gaming
