The Supply Planning Coordinator – Level III is responsible for supporting and optimizing supply chain planning activities by aligning supply plans with demand forecasts and inventory strategies. Under minimal supervision, this role utilizes statistical analysis, planning systems, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure optimal inventory levels, supply continuity, and operational efficiency. The position plays a critical role in driving inventory management, Oracle-based planning activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and effective coordination with global and regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Supply Planning & Inventory Management- Perform supply and demand analysis and identify potential risks, constraints, and opportunities across a 12-month planning horizon.
- Develop and maintain disaggregated demand plans, supply plans, and inventory plans that support customer requirements and business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and planning signals to identify abnormal demand patterns, stock imbalances, or supply disruptions.
- Utilize planning systems and statistical analysis to optimize inventory investments while balancing customer service and operational requirements.
- Support network master supply planning activities by aligning long-term supply capabilities with forecasted customer demand.
- Leverage Materials Planning Systems and Oracle-based tools to manage supply and demand plans effectively.
- Analyze planning parameters through simulation environments and recommend improvements to enhance supply chain performance.
- Perform quality checks and maintenance of planning master data including reorder points, inventory levels, lead times, safety stock parameters, and other PFEP-related settings.
- Support part change implementation activities while minimizing inventory obsolescence and maintaining customer service levels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, process efficiency, and supply chain stability.
- Analyze supply chain KPIs and identify opportunities for performance enhancement.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address planning exceptions and root causes of supply chain disruptions.
- Participate in projects related to quality, safety, process improvement, and material flow optimization.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders, regional teams, suppliers, and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment of planning activities.
- Communicate supply chain risks, inventory concerns, and planning recommendations effectively to leadership and operational teams.
- Support executive reporting through preparation and presentation of planning analysis and performance metrics.
- Maintain strong working relationships across business functions to support continuity and long-term planning effectiveness.
