The Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Supply Chain Consultant with a strong background in warehouse management and e-commerce operations to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for functional solutioning and equipping our customers with the knowledge and skills to leverage the warehouse management and order management capabilities of our platform effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultation/functional solutions to address pain points and digitalize our customers' businesses.
- Prepare business requirement documents based on the functional solutions provided to customers.
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to our customers, both remotely and in-person if required.
- Educate customers on how to interpret, operate, and utilize Anchanto Warehouse Management and Anchanto Order Management for their daily operations.
- Customize training content to meet the unique needs and goals of each customer, showcasing the relevance of Anchanto Warehouse Management and Anchanto Order Management to their business.
- Collaborate with our product and development teams to stay up to date on the latest features and enhancements related to Anchanto Warehouse Management and Anchanto Order Management.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, troubleshooting operations-related issues when needed.
- Continuously improve training materials and methodologies based on customer feedback and evolving industry trends.
- Be customer-centric by delivering best practices, training, and onboarding experiences.
Essential Requirements
- Solid background in warehousing and e-commerce operations, preferably with experience in warehouse management, order management systems, and consulting/functional solution roles.
- Proficiency in explaining complex warehouse and e-commerce operations in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a functional solutioning and customer-facing role, such as training and customer onboarding.
- Familiarity with warehouse and e-commerce SaaS products, Channel Management, Marketplace, and Webstore operations is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt training approaches based on customer needs and learning styles.
- Ability to fluently communicate and write in both English and Thai.
- Willingness to travel when needed.
