We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate for end-to-end planning and coordination across procurement, inventory, and demand planning functions. Additionally, this role will translate existing business workflows into ERP-driven processes to enhance visibility and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. Inventory PlanningDevelop and manage inventory strategies to ensure optimal stock levels across all locations.
Monitor inventory health (slow-moving, dead stock, stock-outs) and drive corrective actions.
Maintain a balance between service levels and working capital efficiency.
Plan and ensure the timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials based on production schedules.
Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and production teams to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business teams to gather demand forecasts.
Consolidate and validate forecasts to create a unified demand plan.
Drive the monthly S&OP process to align demand, supply, and financial plans.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions between sales, operations, finance, and procurement.
Identify gaps between demand and supply and propose actionable solutions.
Translate existing supply chain workflows into ERP system processes.
Coordinate with tech/ERP teams to ensure accurate implementation of workflows.
Support testing, validation, and rollout of ERP modules related to supply chain.
Drive adoption of ERP systems within the supply chain function.
